Safety Conversations for Leaders is a one-day scenario-based workshop where you practise the conversations that determine what people tell you, what you learn, and what becomes possible next.
You will spend the day practising real conversations, not studying them.

The facilitator
Daniel Hummerdal started out as a pilot, retrained as a psychologist, and has spent fifteen years working with leaders and frontline teams trying to understand why the conversations that matter so rarely happen, and what to do about it. He has worked with organisations including Netflix, Digital Realty, Laing O'Rourke, and WorkSafe New Zealand, and is the author of An Invitation to Safety Conversations.
